Delete your OncoFlow Assist account

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete your account here. You do not need to install the app again.

We review every request made on this page before acting on it. We contact you at the address you give, usually together with your hospital, to confirm that the account is yours. Your account is not closed until the request has been verified.

Delete it in the app

In the OncoFlow Assist app, open the menu, choose Legal & privacy, then Delete account. Your access is closed when you confirm, and you are signed out.

What deleting your account does

• Your access to OncoFlow Assist is closed and you are signed out.
• Your active OncoFlow Assist conversations are closed.
• Your sign-in account, device notification registrations and in-app notifications are deleted.
• Once the deletion has been processed, we send one email to confirm it.

Deleting your OncoFlow Assist account does not cancel your hospital appointments, treatment, or other care. Some information may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including past conversations, which are kept as closed records.

If your hospital invites you to OncoFlow Assist again later, your new account is linked to the same hospital patient record.
